Our villas are conveniently located near some of St. Kitts' most beautiful beaches, typically within a 1-minute drive or 7-minute walk, allowing easy access to the island's pristine coastline.

What is our refund policy?
We offer a structured refund policy that varies based on the timing of the cancellation and the season. Please review the following terms carefully:
All cancellations are subject to a minimum 30% cancellation fee based on the total booking cost.
Cancellations made 90 days or less before the departure date are non-refundable.
Date Changes: Reservation dates can be exchanged based on availability within the same calendar year of the original booking.
Reservations made for holiday periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' Week, and Easter/Spring Break are non-refundable upon booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. This insurance may cover cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including pre-existing medical conditions, if purchased within the specified time frame.
