• All cancellations are subject to a minimum 30% cancellation fee based on the total booking cost.
• Cancellations made 90 days or less before the departure date are non-refundable.
• Date Changes: Reservation dates can be exchanged based on availability within the same calendar year of the original booking.
• Reservations made for holiday periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Presidents’ Week, and Easter/Spring Break are non-refundable upon booking.

We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. This insurance may cover cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including pre-existing medical conditions, if purchased within the specified time frame.
